About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our support team at Leigh Academy Tonbridge. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to facilitating student access to the education system, assessing and supporting achievement, and monitoring progress towards EHCP/ILP objectives.
  • Provide practical and developmental assistance to the line manager in the academy, catering for the educational and personal welfare needs of students.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for staff and students.
