Job Summary

Safran Helicopter Engines is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to support the Physical & Electronic flow of spares, components, and engines to both the maintenance centre and manufacturing work centres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Daily & Weekly work plan on ERP System
  • Adhere to Stock Management Systems through accurate administration on ERP System
  • Assist with daily physical picking & kitting requirements, including material movement on ERP System
  • Adhere to the management of SLED (shelf life expire date) controlled materials through ERP system
  • Adhere to Cycle Count Targets, with physical counting and processing on ERP system
  • Support team with 5S project
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal customers
  • Full adherence to Quality & HSE policies and procedures
  • Unloading daily deliveries
  • Processing goods receipted in line with the goods receipt procedure on ERP system
  • Storage of parts in designated locations using lifting equipment as applicable
  • Processing movements of goods using ERP system
  • Cutting of raw material bars into smaller bars and billets and electronically issuing material on ERP system
  • Physical & electronically kitting and issuing of raw material to machine shop, in accordance with procedure
  • Put away and issuing of parts - maintaining correct stock levels in the correct locations, physically and electronically
  • Continuous Improvement & 5S

Requirements

  • English and Maths GCSE grade 9-4 (A*-C)
