Job Title: National Account Controller

About the Role:
Our client, a global leader in the kitchen retail industry, is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive the growth and success of their national kitchen accounts. As the National Account Controller, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between their clients' brand and key retailers at the Head Office level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Kitchen Retail Channel strategy to enhance sales opportunities and profitability.
  • Manage a team of four National Account Managers and one National Account Executive.
  • Build strong, influential relationships with clients and retailers to deliver on business plans.
  • Oversee strategic sales planning and tactical direction to maximize growth and profitability.


Requirements:


  • High performing Senior National Account Manager or UK Account Controller with a deep understanding of each account and retailer objectives.
  • Strong leadership and strategic vision to drive business growth and success.
  • Ability to work effectively in a competitive landscape and build strong relationships with clients and retailers.
