**About the Role**
We are seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as a Complex Care Assistant. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients who require support with various daily tasks, including personal care, administering medication, and providing catheter and colostomy care.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide high-quality care and support, working in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working alongside a close-knit team.
About Our Client
Our client is a young adult with a spinal cord injury, requiring assistance with everyday household tasks. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing their quality of life.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £13 per hour, paid annual leave, pension scheme, and enhanced DBS check. You will also have access to comprehensive training and clinical support to develop your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- No prior experience is required, but you must be willing to learn and develop new skills.
- You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will be required to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
