About the Role:

  • Provide personal care, including assistance with dressing, bathing, and grooming
  • Help clients with mobility, eating, and medication management
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and shopping
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to senior staff
  • Promote independence, dignity, and respect for all clients
  • Ensure safety and well-being of clients during visits
  • Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care: Provide assistance with daily tasks, such as dressing, bathing, and grooming
  • Client Support: Help clients with mobility, eating, and medication management
  • Household Duties: Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and shopping
  • Emotional Support: Offer companionship and emotional support to clients

Requirements:

  • Car Ownership: Own car and a full UK driving license (Essential for this role)
  • Care Experience: Previous experience in care work is preferred but not essential
  • Personality Traits: Compassionate, reliable, patient, and passionate about helping others
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Certifications: Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this process)
