Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at beBee Professionals in Watford. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients on a daily basis.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support with daily personal tasks, including bathing, dressing, and eating, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Administer medication and monitor health-related conditions, ensuring accurate records are kept.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings, fostering social connections and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Healthcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in care giving, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature, enabling effective communication and building trust.
