Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Professional to join our Internal Communications team in a hybrid role. This exciting opportunity involves managing and driving improvements across our internal communication channels, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage internal communications channels, implementing best practice standards and ensuring effective employee engagement.
  • Partner with our Workplace Technology team to define business requirements for digital platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with Function Internal Comms Managers to create aligned cross-platform channel matrices for target audiences, driving stakeholder management and progress.
  • Lead improvements across existing channels, simplifying our channel matrix based on FY25 internal comms priorities.
  • Manage measurement and reporting processes, dashboards, and comms campaigns, supporting editorial planning and prioritization.
Requirements

We're looking for an experienced digital communications professional with a strong background in internal communications, channel strategy, and operational tools. You should have excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and an innovative mindset.
