Job Description

The Pricing Manager will play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge pricing models, capabilities, and analysis. You'll lead a team of Analysts, empowering them to drive innovation and make a meaningful impact. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, you'll work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced pricing models, leveraging data science techniques and statistical software.
  • Lead the Pricing team, mentoring and coaching Analysts to drive technical development and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing models align with regulatory and fair value measures.
  • Own major modelling projects from inception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Present complex data insights to senior stakeholders, articulating business benefits and risks.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key partners, including Radar and Emblem.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pricing management, with a strong background in data analysis and statistical modelling.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and mentor a team.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance pricing software, including Radar and Emblem.
  • Experience with statistical software, such as SQL, SAS, or Python.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
