Job Description

The Pricing Manager will play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge pricing models, capabilities, and analysis. You'll lead a team of Analysts, empowering them to drive innovation and make a meaningful impact. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, you'll work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced pricing models, leveraging data science techniques and statistical software.
  • Lead the Pricing team, mentoring and coaching Analysts to drive technical development and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing models align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pricing management, data analysis, and statistical modeling.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in statistical software, such as SQL, SAS, or Python.
  • Experience with insurance pricing software, such as Radar or Emblem.
