Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Growth Specialist to join our team at T2 Group Careers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Main Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £37,000 per annum (uncapped commission)
- 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
- Clear progression pathway for successful candidates

T2 Group are one of the largest training and coaching organisations in Wales, operating primarily in England. We are a primary contract holder with the Education & Skills Funding Agency, providing funding to companies and individuals across England.
