Job DescriptionAs a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting residents with their daily needs, including helping with food and drink and following care plans
- Ensuring each resident receives one-to-one time
To be successful in this role, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. You should also possess empathy and a warm-hearted approach, as these qualities are essential for delivering high-quality care and support.
