Residential Care Team Manager

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our purpose-built 65 bedded residential care home in Netley Abbey.
This is a full-time position requiring excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in property management or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality maintenance services and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing maintenance schedules and prioritizing tasks
- Supervising a team of maintenance staff
- Coordinating with external contractors and suppliers
