About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at LT Selection. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
    • Present and pitch our services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Account Management
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet the needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Revenue Growth
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's overall success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales).
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a high level of energy and motivation.
