**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will be responsible for running and growing existing client relationships, as well as identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contact existing company customers and prospects to discuss project requirements and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a customer database with relevant contact information and update it regularly.
  • Prospect for new customers and suppliers, and attend relevant trade shows to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
  • Participate in company presentations at customer sites and trade shows, and provide technical reports as necessary.
  • Manage and support suppliers to ensure the level of service and supply required by customers is maintained.
  • Meet with customers to discuss project requirements, and send RFQs to admin for processing.
  • Prepare sales quotations and send them to customers, and follow up to qualify any customer feedback or negotiate as required.
  • Create and update project timing plans as necessary, and communicate with customers, suppliers, and colleagues throughout the project.
  • Run projects in accordance with company standard operating procedures, and participate in design for manufacture activities.
  • Assist in the maintenance and evolution of company technical documents, and respond to customers, suppliers, and colleagues in a timely manner.
  • Document everything relating to company activities and projects in writing, and represent the company professionally at all times.
  • Report to management on the performance of the QMS, and identify opportunities for improvement.
