About the Role
This dynamic position involves working autonomously to perform a wide range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetrics, and gynaecology. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest professional occupational standards are maintained at all times, utilizing specialist knowledge aligned with local, regional, and national guidelines where appropriate.
Main Responsibilities
- To work independently performing complex ultrasound examinations, providing accurate results and comprehensive reports.
- To communicate highly complex information regarding diagnoses and treatments directly with clinicians and patients.
- To prioritize patients and organize workload from various referral pathways to meet service needs.

Requirements
- Honorary Contract Professional (HCPC) or Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) Registration.
- Higher qualification in US practice (Masters / PGC).
- Additional specialist courses.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, in the range of £38,000 - £55,000 per annum. Additionally, you can expect a generous benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
