**Become a Systems Engineer at Leonardo**
As a Graduate Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop practical skills in engineering design and development for complex systems. You will take an active role in engineering process improvement and work on real-time projects alongside leading scientists and engineers.
Our **18-month Graduate Engineering Programme** offers a competitive salary of £33,000, with a welcome bonus and Temporary Accommodation Allowance if you move more than 40 miles for the role.
The programme is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed as a Systems Engineer. You will be working on exciting projects such as protection systems for current and future RAF and Army aircraft, technology development platforms for the UK's Team Tempest, and concept demonstrators for future Electronic Warfare technologies and systems.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- A minimum of a 2:2 Bachelors/Integrated Master's degree in aerospace/aeronautical engineering, computer systems, electrical/electronic engineering, general engineering, mathematics, mechanical engineering, physics, or systems engineering.
- An understanding of mathematics to at least A-Level standard and a basic understanding of electronics.
