Job Title: Model-Based Systems Engineering Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Model-Based Systems Engineering Expert to join our team, working on the development of cutting-edge digital engineering capabilities and process transformation for the Global Combat Air Programme (GCAP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop a comprehensive MBSE capability, including developing digital engineering approaches and process transformation.
  • To support the development and delivery of internal MBSE training and provide guidance to projects on MBSE activities and initiatives.
  • To mentor and coach engineers in the application of MBSE best practice.

Requirements:

  • An engineering-based degree or equivalent systems engineering experience.
  • Experience with one or more SysML modelling tools.
  • Experience in engineering gate reviews and assessment of design compliance/maturity.

Working Arrangements:

Dependent on the role, phase of work, we are able to offer roles that allow hybrid working, although some roles will require on-site working. Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
