Job Title: Systems Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineering Manager to join our team at Leonardo. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your skills and experience to a dynamic and innovative company, working on exciting projects that will make a real difference.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the systems engineering activities across multiple projects, ensuring that we deliver high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, programme management, and sales, to define requirements, develop designs, and implement solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in systems engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead systems engineering activities across multiple projects
  • Define requirements and develop designs in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Implement solutions that meet customer needs
  • Manage and lead teams of engineers and technicians
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:
  • BSc/MEng in Aerospace Engineering or related field
  • Proven track record in systems engineering and leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
