This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Occupational Therapist to join our team in a community setting, working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional care. As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting OT assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating group and individual programs under supervision.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out comprehensive OT assessments to identify client needs.
- Collaborating with supervisors to develop and review OT treatment plans.
- Referring clients to internal and external agencies as necessary.
- Contributing to the development, evaluation, and audit of clinical practices, pathways, and protocols at our hospital.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in line with professional standards.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish, including research, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- An estimated salary of £26,000-£34,000 per annum, including benefits like annual leave, free meals, parking, wellbeing support, career development opportunities, pension contributions, life assurance, and more.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
