Care Professionals Wanted

We are holding a recruitment open day at our Woolston House Care Home in Warrington. The event will take place on the grounds of our care home, where you can learn more about our service users and chat to the team.
The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary that reflects the value we place on our staff.
The job involves working with our care assistants and nurses to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a registered mental health nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and planning individualised care plans, as well as providing emotional support and guidance to our care team.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of person-centred care, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
