Lead Systems Integration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Systems Integration Engineer to join our team at EVera Recruitment. As a key member of our engineering function, you will be responsible for ensuring the integration of our bespoke electric vehicle drivetrain systems is of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team of design engineers to develop and implement innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with electrical and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of systems
  • Set standards for design language and ensure design for production and value engineering
  • Develop and maintain expertise in designing bespoke automotive projects
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline
  • Automotive experience with a focus on electric vehicle drivetrain systems
  • Proven track record in leading product development projects
  • Extensive expertise in designing bespoke automotive projects
  • SolidWorks proficiency
