Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Systems and Integration Engineer to join our team at EVera Recruitment. Our client, a developer of bespoke electric vehicle drivetrain systems, is looking for a talented individual to lead their engineering function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's bolt-in powertrains remain the best-in-class and their integration within vehicles is of the highest standard. This will involve working closely with electrical and software engineers, as well as leading a small team of design engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, with extensive experience in designing bespoke automotive projects. They will also have a proven track record in leading product development projects and be proficient in SolidWorks.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting standards for design language and ensuring design for production and value engineering.
  • Leading a small team of design engineers.
  • Working with electrical and software engineers to ensure seamless integration.
