We are seeking a Relief Support Practitioner to join our established teams in Dundee. As a Relief Support Practitioner, you will support individuals with all aspects of daily living at home and in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with planning for their future and preventing the effects of social isolation and loneliness.
  • Support individuals with mental health, autism, physical, and learning disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with individuals to promote their independence and well-being.
Requirements
