About the Role

We are seeking a Support Practitioner to join our team in Dundee, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex communication needs.

As a Support Practitioner, you will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing person-centered care and support to individuals in their own homes, community settings, or residential care facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex communication needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and carers.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
