About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with people who require support with their daily lives, including personal care, medication administration, and household tasks. You will work in a variety of settings, including people's own homes and our day support services, and will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support that promotes independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Assist with medication administration and household tasks
  • Encourage participation in activities and social events
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and a passion for supporting others
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
