About the Role

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our dedicated team in Dundee. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting four active gentlemen with learning disabilities to live in their own shared home.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support with all aspects of daily living, including meal preparation, housework, medication, finances, and appointments.
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in activities such as swimming, playing pool, football, darts, and day trips.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the gentlemen receive the best possible care and support.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the gentlemen, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team. A full clean driving license would be an advantage, but is not essential.
