Support Practitioner

We are seeking a Support Practitioner to join our established teams in Dundee.
As a Support Practitioner, you will support individuals with all aspects of daily living at home and in their communities.
Our person-centred approach focuses on preventing the effects of social isolation and loneliness, and we adopt a holistic approach to working with individuals who require support for various reasons, including Mental Health, Autism, Physical & Learning Disabilities.
You will assist individuals in planning for their future, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.
