**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our established teams in Dundee. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with all aspects of daily living at home and in their communities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support individuals with planning for their future and prevent the effects of social isolation and loneliness in their lives.
  • Assist individuals with all aspects of daily living, including mental health, autism, physical, and learning disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and other professionals to develop and implement person-centred support plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.

**Requirements**

  • No prior experience is necessary, as full training is provided.
  • Essential skills include honesty, respect, empathy, and compassion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
