About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in Dundee. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with social support, including planning and attending outings to leisure activities.
  • Administer and monitor medication, ensuring the health and safety of our service users.
  • Provide personal care, promoting the wellbeing of individuals, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and arranging visits with healthcare professionals.
  • Offer practical support, helping individuals maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking.
  • Manage challenging behavior, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all.
