Operations Team Leader - Asset Finance

Join our client, an award-winning bank, in central London as an Operations Team Leader for Proposals and KYC within their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the Asset Finance Proposal team to ensure proposals and KYC tasks are performed correctly and in line with service level agreements.
  • Provide line management support, training, and mentoring to team members, ensuring regular one-to-one meetings with clear objectives and addressing any training issues.
  • Review and maintain team procedures and documentation to ensure they are fit for purpose and aligned with the Bank's internal policy.
  • Handle customer escalations in a timely and efficient manner, providing consistent and excellent customer service.
