Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the health and safety function within the Fulfillment Center, overseeing a team of dedicated professionals to achieve established objectives.
- Actively participate in collaborative health and safety projects across all operational sites, fostering a culture of shared responsibility.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on health & safety matters to all stakeholders within your designated area of responsibility.
- Conduct thorough reviews and audits of existing health and safety management arrangements, identifying areas for continuous improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to plan and organize work systems that minimize health and safety risks. Recommend and implement appropriate mitigations and processes to ensure a safe working environment.
- Establish robust reporting regimes for key health and safety metrics, providing timely and accurate data to inform decision-making.
- Generate comprehensive management information and statistics related to your area of responsibility, contributing to the overall performance monitoring and reporting process.
- Support business change initiatives through effective change management processes within our fast-paced Fulfillment Center environment.
- Drive a positive behavioral culture change program across a large, complex, multi-shift operation, promoting a proactive approach to safety.
- Ensure compliance with company global safety policies and procedures, adapting them to meet local health and safety requirements.
