About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Management Consultant to join our team at Ark Workplace Risk. As a senior member of our Customer Success Team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage external relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
  • Implement client projects and programs with high-level advocacy, delivering on the Ark Way.
  • Create, deliver, and oversee health and safety management objectives and delivery plans implemented by Professional Services to achieve customer success.
  • Design and maintain safety capabilities and systems for clients, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing management.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to explain technical matters, products, and implementation schedules.
  • Prepare and provide information and Business Review Reports in support of clients' goals.
  • Develop and maintain client accounts, gaining trust and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Create proposals for solutions, health and safety scoping documents, and advisory papers that convey the message efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Qualifications in H&S and fire safety, including membership of a recognised industry body.
  • A strategic and goal-orientated mindset with the ability to lead, engage, and manage client accounts and delivery programs.
  • At least 10 years' experience in a client-facing role advising clients on their health, safety, and fire safety objectives on a program level.
