About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join our esteemed law group based in Greater Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling Grade A and B Court of Protection work, providing exceptional support to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle complex Court of Protection cases with attention to detail and a focus on delivering excellent results.
  • Work closely with our senior solicitors to ensure seamless case management and exceptional client care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Court of Protection law and best practices.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of PQE in Court of Protection law.
  • Proven experience in handling complex Court of Protection cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
