A highly respected and specialist niche firm, is seeking a proactive and dedicated Court of Protection Solicitor to complement their dynamic team in Manchester.

Reflecting their commitment to work-life balance, the role provides a fantastic opportunity to embrace a flexible, hybrid working model. This crucial role will involve managing a diverse caseload of Property and Affairs files, with the direct support of Case Workers and an experienced team of directors. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive their career forward, deepen their area of expertise, and contribute positively to a vibrant and cohesive team.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a solid grounding in Court of Protection/Property and Affairs, along with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills. Additionally, experience in professional deputyship work, financial abuse investigations and knowledge of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards will be highly beneficial.
