Job Opportunity: Experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to Lead a Dynamic Team

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to lead our highly regarded team based in Manchester. As a seasoned professional with at least eight years' post-qualification experience, you will be responsible for steering the team and providing direction to ensure the provision of top-quality legal protection services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic team of Court of Protection Solicitors
  • Provide direction and guidance to ensure the delivery of exceptional legal services
  • Contribute to the development of the team and the firm's overall strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • At least eight years' post-qualification experience as a Court of Protection Solicitor
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of Court of Protection law and procedures
