ADP is seeking a talented and enthusiastic student to join our 12-month paid HR internship program in September 2025. As part of our UK Internship Programme, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in employee relations, onboarding, and the coordination of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of HR Business Partners across a range of people-focused projects, including UK-wide initiatives and sector-specific tasks.
  • Assist with Employee Relation issues, such as grievances, disciplinaries, and capability matters, to better understand and witness how various processes are conducted in the workplace.
  • Improve your knowledge and understanding of basic HR practices by creating a variety of letters relating to compensation, promotions, and changes of terms and conditions of employment.
  • Gain hands-on experience with a range of systems, solving associate queries through our HR service delivery system or analyzing reports and data to provide meaningful insight to the team.
  • Build your communication skills by interacting with a variety of teams and stakeholders to understand and prioritize their different requirements.

Requirements:

  • Be curious about HR and have a strong understanding of the nature of confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a motivated approach to getting things done.
  • Some experience with Microsoft Office and currently enrolled as an undergraduate within the following disciplines: Human Resources/Business Management with HR.
