At APi Group, we're committed to building great leaders. As the Vice President Leadership Development, you'll play a key role in shaping our leadership development vision and strategy. Reporting to the Chief Learning Officer, you'll lead a team of nine professionals in designing and facilitating leadership development experiences for senior leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the CLO to evolve our leadership development vision and strategy
  • Collaborating with North American Leadership Development and APi International Human Resource Teams to align efforts
  • Supporting the APi International Executive Leadership Team and Country Managing Directors in their leadership development initiatives
  • Designing and facilitating formal leadership development learning opportunities for senior leaders

Requirements include:

  • A bachelor's or equivalent degree, with advanced qualifications in leadership theory preferred
  • Proven experience in leadership development, with a demonstrated ability to design and facilitate leadership development experiences
  • A passion for leadership development and influencing the success of others
