Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our dynamic team in Inverness, Scotland. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to keep our programme running smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update client, local authority, and GCU on resource locations for the following day
  • Upload safe dig information to Depotnet and issue it to the relevant team
  • Ensure compliance with TTRO conditions, including managing letters and laminates
  • Handle document uploads to company and client systems
  • Assist the noticing team by printing and issuing dim sheets, requesting PU prints from other utilities, and issuing job packs with all safe dig documents
  • Maintain Health & Safety records, including inductions and new starter forms

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organized, able to work to deadlines, and capable of managing tasks efficiently
