About the Role

GCU UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled IMS Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our Integrated Management System (IMS). As a key member of our IMS team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our IMS, managing Training and Onboarding functions, and ensuring the highest standards across our diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate resources to ensure timely delivery of the GCU Audit Schedule.
  • Take ownership of the GCU Action Management Process.
  • Communicate with Operations and Project Teams for action allocation and closure.
  • Collect and evaluate environmental performance data from third parties.
  • Prepare detailed Weekly HSEQ Client Reports and Monthly Board Data.
  • Manage GCU's external HSEQ System software and ensure proper user access.
  • Participate actively in GCU Internal Audits and Emergency Response initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance training and onboarding systems.
Requirements
  • Desirable: 3+ years in a similar role.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018.
  • Desirable: NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or the desire to work towards certification.
  • Desirable: Recognized Internal Auditor Qualification.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience in data handling.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
