We're seeking a dedicated Management Accounts Specialist to assist the Finance Business Partner in Elland. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing rebates and producing monthly management accounts for our operational and commercial overheads. Your focus will be on delivering financial insights and supporting stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage rebates and produce monthly management accounts
  • Deliver financial insights and support stakeholders
  • Work closely with site managers to become their go-to financial expert
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and manage prepayments and accruals
  • Deliver insightful monthly performance reports for stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Able to explain and simplify accounting terminology
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Good Excel skills
