Sales Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Professional to join Stirling Warrington, a well-established manufacturer in the direct sales of building materials to end-users.
Salary:£25,000 per annum + up to £5,000 OTE (uncapped)
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving pre-defined sales targets and developing new business opportunities across their region.
- Pursue new sales leads provided on a weekly basis.
- Respond promptly to all inbound enquiries and chase any potential opportunities.
- Develop relationships with contractors, developers, and clients to identify new sales prospects.
- Manage the specification process for impending projects from initial stages to order, taking ownership of this process.
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database and provide accurate project reports upon closure.
The ideal candidate will possess resilience, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn and grow. Knowledge of the construction industry is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is also desirable but not required.
