Job Summary

We are seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for hitting pre-defined sales targets, developing new business across your given region, and maintaining existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pursue new sales leads proactively, given weekly.">
  • Chase all enquiries and respond to inbound ones.">
  • Develop opportunities through contractors, developers, and clients.">
  • Progress projects from initial stages to order, owning the process fully.">
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database.">
  • Report on tracked projects accurately.">

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be resilient with a persistent and proactive approach. We encourage applicants who are open to further training and development. Due to the nature of our clients, high professionalism and credibility are essential.

A background in the construction industry is beneficial but not necessary, as full training will be provided. Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is also advantageous.

Salary: £30,000 per annum + uncapped commission (£5,000 OTE), reflecting the competitive market rate for this role.
