Stirling Warrington is a well-established manufacturer that specialises in taking building materials direct to end users.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is £25,000 per annum, with an OTE of £5,000, which is uncapped. In addition to the competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including:
- Uncapped commission

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for hitting pre-defined sales targets, while developing further business across your given region.
You will work closely with contractors, developers, and clients to develop opportunities and progress the specification of impending projects from initial stages through to order.
In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving current business relationships, ensuring the customer database is kept up to date, and accurately reporting on projects which have been tracked to closure.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for someone who is resilient, with a persistent and proactive approach. The ideal candidate will be open to further training and development and possess strong communication skills.
Previous experience within a sales environment or a customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential. Any knowledge of the construction industry is highly beneficial but not necessary, as full training will be provided.
