Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Kidderminster, working on Waking Nights. This role involves working up to 37.5 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £11.47.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours at our Walternash Road service.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our service users, promoting their independence, and empowering them to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  1. Provide individualised support to service users, focusing on their unique needs and goals
  2. Develop and implement person-centred care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each individual
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organisational policies and procedures
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication
