Bike Service Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Bike Service Specialist to join our team. As a Bike Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality bike services and repairs, ensuring that every customer leaves our store satisfied.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of cycles, including adult, kids', and electric bikes.
- Offer expert advice and guidance to customers on bike maintenance, upgrades, and accessories.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer demands.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a retail or cycle services environment.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of bike maintenance and repair.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A competitive salary of £11.84 per hour (plus overtime).
