Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Support Manager to join our team at Willing Care. As a Regional Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of our medicine administration process in elderly nursing homes. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure effective delivery of the medicine administration process in line with company policies at elderly nursing homes.
  • Support Home Managers in planning and facilitating regular staff meetings and staff supervision.
  • Establish an efficient communication system to keep staff members at nursing homes up to date with necessary information.
  • Provide support and assistance to staff members and ensure areas of responsibility at nursing homes are maintained.
  • Delegate duties to staff as appropriate and ensure their implementation.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Nurse with RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Home Manager (Nursing) and/or Peripatetic Manager within elderly nursing homes.
  • Strong knowledge of overseeing the medicine administration process in a care facility for the elderly.
  • Ability to ensure staff members at nursing homes attend mandatory and required training courses to maintain skills, knowledge, and competency levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
