About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team of sales associates and drive sales growth in our retail store. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging customer experience, managing store operations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
- Experience in sales analysis, staff scheduling, and inventory management
- Previous experience in leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
