Lead Our Retail Team to Success

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Retail Manager to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual with a flair for business planning and a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential. As a Retail Manager, you will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers
  • Develop and implement strategic targeting and in-store event plans to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Provide exceptional customer relationship management and coaching to team members
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient store operations

Requirements
  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
