Salary: £29,000-£30,000 plus £290 per month car allowance
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our stock taking team, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 60 stock counters and delivering the end-to-end stock taking service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking
- Develop and implement effective stock taking processes and procedures
- Collaborate with clients to understand their stock taking requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles
- Monitor and report on stock taking performance and identify areas for improvement
- Full driving license
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organization and attention to detail
