We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Retail Manager to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual with a flair for business planning and a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential. As a Retail Manager, you will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Retail Artists
- Set and achieve sales and customer service targets
- Manage inventory and facilities, including cash reconciliation
- Create and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements- Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
